• Quotes are valid for the period stated, or otherwise 15 calendar days.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated.
• An order is accepted after our written confirmation (email) or contract execution.

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information in forms.
• No unauthorized access attempts or actions that may impair security or availability.
• Respect intellectual property rights in all content.

5. Intellectual property

All materials on this site (text, graphics, code) are protected by copyright. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent. Rights in project deliverables are defined in the applicable contract.

10. Payments & invoicing

Payment terms, penalties, and commercial conditions are set in the offer/contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 calendar days.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts unless agreed otherwise.
